Still dealing with bacterial infection in the vagina: any suggestions?

Posted by sandtarock @sandtarock, Jan 3 8:31pm

From diahrea I got a bacterial infection in the vagina. Burning and pinching since 9/19/25 it got so bad I started using coconut cream. It feels better, but when I rub it on, I can feel 3-4 bumps. Will they go away and will I ever feel the same again. Also when I try to sit. It feels like I am siting on broken bricks.

What do your doctors say about the symptoms you describe. What is the treatment plan they have developed for you?

This doesn't sound good because it is not going away. You should see your doctor about it. If you don't have a doctor, then go to the Emergency Room. You may just need an antibiotic or some simple procedure but only a doctor would know that. I'll say a prayer for you that it gets healed soon.
I wish you the best.

Perhaps a walk-in clinic would be more appropriate and much cheaper than the emergency room.

You might be right. However, usually emergency rooms being in a hospital may have financial assistance available and in many cases will offer it to a person or you can always ask. With my husband having lung cancer, we were in the emergency room often and were always offered financial assistance. However we had good health insurance so we didn't need it but it's nice to know it's available if you ever do need it. This was in Washington State. Other states may differ.
