@teatea Ow! I just went to my orthopedic surgeon complaining of hip-groin-knee-shin-foot pain (after days in the garden.) At my age, my body is constantly finding new ways to complain.
After x-rays and a physical exam he determined that I had degenerating discs irritated by bending, turning and lifting. His advice - ice, anti-inflammatories, ice, stretches morning and afternoon, and more ice. If this doesn't work we will try PT and possibly an x-ray guided injection.
I also find it helpful to stay away from too-hard and too-soft seating. I use anatomical memory-foam cushions both on my kitchen/desk chair and my sofa.
Have you tried icing & ibuprofen to see if it helps?

1 ReactionWelcome to the group. Sorry you have to go through the pain and just my opinion because i am not a doctor but had the same pain you are referring to and in my case my hip was out. My chiropractor put it back in place and because i went to long with it out, it took 3 adjustments b4 it stayed in place. hope this helps an x-ray should tell you either way. A good chiropractor would take one anyway to make sure that is the issue. Have a blessed day.

Thank you i will try and see if it helps .. appreciate you.
@randallshields56 ya i feel like it wants to pop out the socket or something its kinda annoying especially how it affects abilities grrrrr lol , thank you appreciate you.
Thank you for the like.
@teatea yeah and can make other things hurt you wouldn't think would be affected. I knocked mine out pretty often. It sucked. Usually took 3 adjustments for it to stay in place just painful, I would use thereagesic for it after that. It's a cream and has a lot of things to not do while using it but it does work for me.
teatea, it could be muscular. Pelvic floor spasms generate this type of pain. I'd want MRI imaging because of the possibility that it could be a fracture. I'd also see a chiropractor as Randy suggests, for the chance of quick relief.
