IPSS Scores for MDS

Hi I am wondering if anyone can help me determine my IPSS score for MDS.
I have a copy of my Bone Marrow Biopsy test from 2021 and have no idea what it means or how to read it.
I have an appointment next month with my Onocologist so I will ask him about this scoring as well.
Any thoughts and suggestions are very welcome.

Brenda: my preferred tool is https://www.mds-foundation.org/calculator/advanced/

Most of the values that you enter are from blood tests. The bone marrow biopsy will show the number of blasts you have. Next gene sequencing will show any cytogenic factors you have. It is all pretty self explanatory. Do you have more recent biopsy and blood count results?
