Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

Posted by redladyjoni @redladyjoni, Nov 26, 2018

I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

Hi @hockeyguy13, I can understand you're wanting to get healthy. Are you currently seeing a physician and/or therapist to help with anxiety?

I’ve seen many physicians and therapists, but nobody can help me with my physical problems.

I have these and have been diagnosed with cramp Fasciculation syndrome. It feels like my body buzzes and I don’t consider myself an anxious person. I have had this syndrome for over 15 years. I too take gabapentin along with Cymbalta and muscle relaxers. Nothing seems to help long term. I have had 2nerve conduction studies and EMGs which were normal. There is a wonderful Facebook group that deals with Cramp Fasciculation Syndrome and Benign Fasciculation syndrome. God bless

@hockeyguy13 Hey there. I hear you loud and clear, and understand the frustration when no-one can help you with physical problems. I was in that boat for quite a while too. Do you mind sharing a little more about yourself? What does your typical day and routine look like?

I was healthy my whole life and cooked meals weekly along with going to the gym. I don’’t have much of a routine during the day as I can’t sit or lie still. I also feel like I never feel relaxed breathing at rest now. I force myself to go to gym which is not fun anymore.

@hockeyguy13 Would you say moving, being physically active, and having your brain focused on a task is helpful to preventing vibrations or feeling them less?
