Internal chest vibrations

I have been experiencing chest vibrations/fluttering when lying down. I have been diagnosed with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy along with myocardial bridging, and mitral valve prolapse. I do have a pacemaker. Could any of these conditions cause the strange chest sensations I am experiencing.

I wander if what your feeling is a murmur? Regurgitating of oxygenated blood back into the mitral valve?
Those are the things that was happening with me till i was put on camzyos
I would make sure to talk with your cardiologist about this
