Injury due to having stent placement in my aorta

I had an Aortic Aneurysm discovered last year and had surgery to place stent in April 2023. My CT scans in Nov 2023 showed normal arterial blood flow but this year shows blockages. Recently began having claudication's/pain going down my left lateral leg. I sometimes limp when walking. I was told I have 60-70% blockage and will need an Angiogram and angioplasty plus stent if needed for femoral artery and an open surgery for iliac artery.
Chief of Vascular told me my femoral and iliac arteries may have been damaged during surgery and scar tissue formation causing blockages. I am fearful having more surgeries.
Anyone have this happen to them?
