The only thing that I have heard/read is that the primary goal is to keep blood pressure low normal. There are diets designed to lower blood pressure if that is a concern for you. A quick search should turn up useful recommendations.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat or non-fat dairy foods. Eat lean proteins, such as seafood, lean meats and poultry, eggs, beans, peas, nuts, seeds, and soy products. Limit saturated fat and avoid trans fat.
If you have an aneurysm, you should avoid foods that are high in fat, cholesterol, and sodium, and eat a HEART -HEALTHY DIET
people who ate two servings or more of fruit a day were 25 percent less likely to have an abdominal aortic aneurysm and 43 percent less likely to have a rupture than those who ate less than once piece of fruit a day.
You seem very knowledgeable about diet. Where should I look to become more informed, Thank you.
What I eat on a daily basis
It’s a heart healthy diet been on since my own heart gave out & soon had Two aneurysms-(from all the scare tissue)Drs said I would not make it past two years but 15 years later am still here....I got a second chance…I eat as healthy as I can if I would have known sooner…but anyways- this is about you so Call your insurance to see if there’s a Nutritionist under your plan…near you- if not look online the keto diet is great too . “remember you only have One body Fight like hell for it.”
-No one’s going to do it for you!
I believe in you-“you got this!”

From my own battle with T2 diabetes and now heart disease / aneurysm I’m on a keto type diet since I was 62. Key thing is to focus on eating “real food” - eating meats and vegies and avoiding processed foods (usually heavy in sugary carbohydrates and comes in a box, packet or bag) and sugar in all its forms and severely cut down booze and don’t smoke.. also re fruit try and eat them whole, rather than being juiced; otherwise too sugary. My weight shot down from 240lbs to 200lbs in 6 months some 3 years ago and have since kept it off. In this area best to educate yourself and do your own research via books or over the internet. Anywhere along the spectrum of vegan to carnivore is likely ok provided you eat no junk or sugar and if you are vegetarian or vegan that you properly supplement with iron, B12, zinc etc etc. Proper nutrition is very important and if struggling see a specialist.
Note I’m not a doctor nor a health provider whatsoever- nonetheless best of luck to you.
