At rest? I get up to 140 just putting a fitted sheet on my bed. But if you are getting 130 at rest I would call my doc.

This is abnormal, unfortunately, but it isn't likely dangerous soon. It depends on what's going on, and you should really get to an ER and let them know of your situation. The triage nurse will take your pulse, at which you'll be taken down the hall immediately and an EKG done. The reason is that, if it's just fibrillation, it's not so bad, with an elevated risk of stroke. If it's ventricular tachycardia, though, it's urgent and you need care right away.
