I have severe anxiety and nervousness. Positive thoughts?
I have severe anxiety for many years I have all the physical and emotional issues I shake can’t sleep can’t relax I’ve been o elcitropram for 2 years it doesn’t help does anyone have any positive thoughts

Have you been tested for hyperthyroidism? You definitely have symptoms.
Do you see a psychiatrist? You may need some klonopin. Seroquel is great for sleep. I hope you find some kind of relaxation. I'm here if you need to text. Been through everything and back.
I have OCD
And I constantly think people are lying
I obsess over carcinogens (I bought stuff from shein a year ago and still haven't opened it bc I heard there's carcinogenic stuff in it? I bought some acrylic stands, a few keychains, and a little plush)
I get annoyed easily due to it
I can't take reassurance. What do I do?

They couldn’t share specifics for various reasons beyond the baby clothing, but since my partner and I were involved, I can tell you what I remember: plush items, plastic toys, plastic and metal keychains, acrylic nails, and a few other things, I just don’t recall everything since this was back in January.

Adult clothes are fine, just not very well made.
I asked my wife and she said yes, we did acrylic stands too. Acrylic is fine.

I believe it was Greenpeace, and I don’t have any personal issues with them, I work with them. That said, they’ve been criticized for presenting claims that aren’t fully accurate, are overly simplified, or extreme.
They’ve also put workers in risky situations during protest actions, and internally there are sometimes disagreements, with messaging reflecting the views of whoever has the most influence at the time, even if those views aren’t always correct.
They’re not a group of scientists, but rather environmental activists. That’s not necessarily a problem, but it does mean they are not in a position to do or verify scientific testing in a strict sense.
So I’d take what they say with a grain of salt.
