Can beet juice lower your blood pressure?

I have read online that drinking beet juice can lower your blood pressure. Is this true? I've had bad reactions from medications.

@gypsyt123 I’m sure the added stress from all the ‘scan-xiety’ isn’t helping you either! It does sound like your doctors are trying to get to the root of the problem instead of being dismissive. So at least that’s pretty positive.

One thought that I had. Years ago my husband received a book from a friend which gave him some pretty info and pointed him in the right direction. The book: Mayo Clinic on High Blood Pressure: Your personal guide to managing hypertension
I know it can be ordered through Mayo Clinic Press but I just looked on Amazon and found it there too. There’s a paper back version and a digital copy for even less.

Wishing you well with everything!

Everything always comes back normal, but deep down I know something is wrong, it's like they're missing something. I will check that book out! Thank you so much for that!

Well from what I can tell is there is a difference from my mri in 2023 to the one from yesterday. It said mild amount of subcortical and periventricular T2 signal abnormality. This is a non-specific finding commonly described changes of chronic ischemic microangiopathy.
