I have mini trampolined for decades. Can I continue with 4.5 aneurysm

Wondering if I can continue to trampoline 2-3x weekly for 30minutes with a newly discovered 4.5 aneurysm and tricuspid regurgitation?

Hi Stacy, Whether or not to exercise or to use a trampoline with your newly discovered aneurysm is most definitely something you need to ask your cardiologist!! No one in this forum can tell you if this is a suitable form of exertion for you right now. So please, ask your doctor. Have you told them about your exercise routine?

Yes..and it seemed like he was ok with it but circumstances have changed and I will definitely speak to him more seriously about it now. I thank you for the support and helpful suggestion.

I'm no doctor but common sense tells me trampoline jumping is a bad idea. I'm at 4.2 and I worry about bending over. Perhaps I'm overly cautious, but I'd never jump on a trampoline or even down a step. Ask your cardiologist.

I appreciate your thoughtful words of caution. My intention is to have a heart to heart with my cardiologist no pun intended😉
