I have ILD and on oxygen therapy. Having problems with bloody nosr.

I have ILD so I’ll be on oxygen therapy for the rest of my life. My problem is nose bleeds caused by the cannula. My ENT has cauterized several blood vessels three or four times but the nose bleeds keep returning. Any ideas how to solve this?

There is a humidifier thing that can attach to the tubing and the oxygen delivery container. My supplier brought one and attached it to the unit. It stopped my nosebleeds.
