I have had stomach pain for 84 days straight
My stomach started hurting 84 days ago and has hurt me every day since then. When I wake up and nausea and when I eat no matter what I eat I get stomach cramps. I've been to a gastroenterologist, a gynecologist and a cardiologist no one has any clue what's going on. For context I had 26 periods in 2025 2 every month except July and October where I had 3. During my third period of July I started getting chest pain and have gotten chest pain every time I'm on my period since. In December I went to a gynecologist and they told me to take birth control specifically vienva and while it regulated my period I only had one a month while I was taking it and basically made my cramps which have always been extremely painful like it hurts to get out of bed painful, non existent, the chest pain still persisted. Also in December I'm pretty sure I had pneumonia like it hurt to breathe and I was coughing up blood for like a solid week, but my mom wouldn't take me to the doctor, and I guess I could've taken myself since I was 18 and I definitely should've but I didn't. Anyways in February my mother finally decided to take me to take me to the er cause I literally couldn't move without my chest hurting, and there I had a ct scan and they came to the conclusion I had pleurisy so that was not fun, my mom still made me go to school though since the doctors note only excused me for 2 days and I was definitely not better by 2 days. Now it's march, I'm on my period again the chest pain is worse than ever before because I have the chest pain from the pleurisy and the chest pain from my period, so I go to the urgent care across from my school because my parents can't take me to the doctor, they give me ibuprofen, this is my last straw. I go back to my school because it was a half day and I had something I needed to do after school. It's been an hour nothing has happened so I go to my bag to take another ibuprofen but then the intrusive thoughts win and I take a handful and then a second handful of pills. I panic I call poison control they tell me to go to the nurse I go to the nurse she calls an ambulance and I'm in the er again. They send my home I'm fine. A couple week later my stomach starts hurting, I thought I had a stomach bug but it didn't go away after two weeks and I was like okay that's not good. It is now April break I have an mri for my chest and pelvis because of all the period stuff, they said something along the lines of they saw signs of endometriosis on my pelvis mri, they schedule an appointment with a gynecologist who specializes in endometriosis. I go to my primary care doctor a couple days later because my stomach ache has been getting worse and worse, he runs blood tests, they all come back normal. It is still April break by now like the day before I'm supposed to go to school I can't even get out of bed, I convince my mother to take me to the er again they do an ultrasound on my stomach every thing is fine. They give me medication, I go back to the point I was at before April break. They are able to squeeze me in with a gastroenterologist she tells me to take peptobismal. Now it's may I go to that new gynecologist, she changes to birth control I'm now on to a prostogin only one, slynd and told me to skip the colored pills so I don't get my period. She also says the chest pain is unusual and refers me to a cardiologist. I go see the cardiologist in early June so a couple of weeks ago, I tell him my symptoms and concludes it has nothing to do with cardiology and is only heartburn refers me again but this time to a gastroenterologist and tells me to take Prilosec for 10 days. The Prilosec stops the pain after I eat but the nausea when I wake up is worse. A week and a half ago I saw the gastroenterologist again and she scheduled an endoscopy and prescribed a different proton pump inhibitor or what ever it's called. I had the endoscopy last Tuesday and the results were fine. I started taking the new medication a week ago and it's not working, should I start taking Prilosec again even though they're supposed to be doing the same thing? Oh also bonus I've been getting chest pain outside of my period now, maybe it's the birth control? It's a completely different pain, when i got chest pain on my period it was just a heavy feeling and when i had pleurisy it just like a a sharp pain, but now my chest stings and the first time it happened my neck went numb. I've also been breaking out into cold sweats which is inane because it's so hot outside but I feel cold, I'm vibrating for no reason even when I'm not cold and my lips have been turning a bluish white. Other information that might be important which I didn't find out until recently, when I went to the nurse like a month ago when I was still in school because my heart rate was like 115 and I could feel it beating inside my chest, I found out I had a heart murmur when I was born. My mom also casually mentioned in passing that I have the sickle cell trait. I also stopped a bunch of psych meds cold turkey in like December because my psychiatrist was bad at her job and now I don't have one, specially Prozac, buspirone and atomoxetine. Though I know this chest pain isn't anxiety, I've had panic attacks many times and none of them have felt like this, well the nurses visit at school when my heart rate was high was probably a panic attack but I know every other time isn't. I also can't be pregnant as I have never had sex before, anxiety and pregnancy are normally peoples first guess when I say I've had a stomach ache for a prolonged period of time. Sorry for how long this message is I couldn't tell what parts were necessary and which weren't.

I had a small intestine resection in January and had tummy spasms afterwards for 5 months-they were so bad, I couldn’t even bend over. They determined I had a blood clot in my lung so I am now taking blood thinners and the spasms have stopped. I assume with all the imaging you have had, they would have found a clot if you had one? Hope you get an answer soon as to what is causing your issues.
