Has anyone else tried Tart Cherry Juice plus magnesium every day to help reduce the tingling and strange sensations. I have found it helps me. I have Parkinson’s disease. Would love to know if anyone else has tried this.

I find the fish oil has reduced my inflammation and I think that's why I can now wiggle my toes and have a lot less discomfort.
I've decided the concentrated is better because they add water to the "from concentrate". I'd rather water down myself - I only use a little filtered water, because I actually like the taste.
Thank you! I have started taking magnesium glycinate, but I haven’t noticed any relief or help with sleep.

Cherry Bay Orchards. It is a concentrate, not "concentrated," and one can add a lot or a little water as desired.
I take tart cherry capsules and magnesium and also Alpha Lipoic Acid. A few years ago I tried the tart cherry juice twice a day but really didn’t see a dramatic change and it was expensive. I have a tart cherry (pie cherry) tree so the last 3 years I have made my own juice. I use a juice steamer and with about 10# of cherries I get about 4-5 qts of juice. Overall I haven’t found a magic bullet cure for my foot neuropathy but all the things I am doing does help a bit. The best topical cream I have found is the Mama Bear cream that has magnesium in the ingredients. That sure shuts down the tingling feeling.
Great idea with the concentrate. What ratio of the concentrate to water are you using?
Gabapentin does the trick and controlling bloodsugars.
I use tart cherry juice and pills from Traverse Bay Farms in Michigan. The juice is concentrated so it is mixed using 2 tablespoons of juice and then fill to make 8 oz of the drink. I am not sure if it helps with the tingling but I definitely know it helps me fall asleep. The price is great compared to what local stores have, if you buy multiple bottles of the concentrate, and even with shipping it is very economical for me. They also have sales and deals at times.
I use the magnesium threonate rather than the glycinate. Far more bio-available. Amazing help with sleep for me. Anecdotally have heard same from many of my friends with the threonate form. You might want to try before you give up on magnesium supplementation for sleep assist.
I spray liquid magnesium on my legs to help with stiffness. Haven't tried it on my arms yet. I occasionally drink tart cherry juice or take capsules but I haven't noticed clear benefits at this point. Worth a try, I reckon.
