I had a total knee injury replacement five years ago and am having sev

I had a total knee replacement surgery 6. Yrs ago and after my 6 week checkup came to find I needed emergency surgery to reattach the band that holds your kneecap in place. It was shredded. Five years later I have started to have electrical severe electrical shocks just below my knee and into my calve with a feeling of water running down my leg. Has anyone else had this and what should I do? I’m also experiencing foot weakness.
