I am looking for an exercise video to do.

Hi, I am a senior woman and am looking for an exercise video that I can safely do. I have had both knees and hips replaced abut I want to stay as fit and active as possible. What I am looking for is the actual name of the video. I hope someone has some advice for me. Thanks.😊

@kars
Wish I had a specific exercise video to recommend. Few questions to help people recommend a video.
Do you plan on playing on DVD or from you computer / phone using YouTube or something similar?
Are you looking for aerobic workout or something like yoga or stretching?

I am eager to see what people recommend. Now that weather is starting to warm up in MN, I usually get out and walk.

Mayo has some simple exercises under there Healthy Living section:

Thank you so much for replying. I have asked this question on several different sites with no success. I am very active even with all of thmy joint replacements and 😂 I hope to stay that way. I know exercise can help and I am pretty good about sticking with it. I like to exercise with tube on my iPad.

try chair yoga on youtube, 12 poses for osteoporosis
It moves ahead slowly and helps with rebuilding bone health

@kars I like Adriene's channel on You Tube for yoga. She has specific yoga poses and routines for bone strength. It may not seem initially that yoga is for bone health but there are many standing and balance poses that encourage the muscle and tendon strength needed to support your body.

I like Lauren on YouTube. She is known as Senior Shape Fitness. She has so many playlists with different kinds of exercises. Walking, stretching, chair yoga, and pilates as well as the standing versions. Hope this helps.

I enjoy yes2next videos. They are on YouTube and they have a website. Here is the link to the website, https://yes2next.com/. The exercises are demonstrated by a mother and daughter, with one person seated and the other standing.

They are great if you are new to exercise or if you are more advanced. There are many exercise levels of exercises you can try.
