I-125 Radiation for Choroidal Melanoma of the eye

Has anyone experienced radiation induced cognitive decline due to radiation treatment in the eye? Doctors I have seen say they are not surprised that my brain slows down due to retinopathy in my metastic eye due to no vision and it slows my brain down trying to unscramble the image. Other Doctors say that is impossible, but radiation retinopathy is not fully understood. Thank you!
