You have all offered some good suggestions, thanks so much! I purchased some "no sugar added" tapioca pudding and now take that with the NSAID at night.

If you’ve twisted your leg, taken a hard fall, or otherwise strained your knee, first aid at home can be helpful. Remember the acronym “RICE” for treating strains and sprains:

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
