They will help in some cases if used correctly. I have found the wider ones to be more comfortable to wear with less pinching. Don't forget not to wear them for more than an 1/2 hr at a time. Next step will be shots if the cialis is slowing down. I tried them but due to different factors they did not work. I'm 69 various health issues from strokes to cardiac to diabetes.
