Wanted to get some opinions from others on the effectiveness of penis rings for treatment of ED.

They will help in some cases if used correctly. I have found the wider ones to be more comfortable to wear with less pinching. Don't forget not to wear them for more than an 1/2 hr at a time. You did not mention your name or health status. They worked for me for years but as I aged and the venous leakage became worse, which is why you need the rings to keep the blood in the penis. I switched to the shots which did not work at all for me due to the amount of leakage I had and the long term damage from diabetes. My next step will be an implant at the end of June. Good luck to you.

Thanks. My age is 71. I’ve used Cialis for a few years but finding them less effective. I’m using the ring made by Xialla and it seems to maintain the erection but does desensitized somewhat.

Next step will be shots if the cialis is slowing down. I tried them but due to different factors they did not work. I'm 69 various health issues from strokes to cardiac to diabetes. The shots are simple if you go that route make sure to get an autoinjector makes them quite simple. My partner has shaking hands and was hard for me to do the shots sometimes , she has no problem. There is a place called MenMD that is a compounding pharmacy that you can get the shots from prices are reasonable don't know if they ship to of the state of fl. I'm doing an implant the end of june .. medicare pays for almost all of it.

I'm 71, Diabetic for 11 years. Using insulin for 7 years. Moderate ED. Using Cialis for 10 years mainly to assist.
Recently started experimenting with penis rings. Initially I purchased a vibrator ring combo for the wife and mines pleasure. She prefers her own vibrator for our sessions. The ring was too restrictive for me. Actually hurt
I then purchased a simple ring set with six different sizes. Big win. I'm using the second largest with good results. Much more comfortable and wife says "whoa, you are bigger." Orgasms are still a bit delayed but able to finish with the looser ring and maintain hard longer. All in all a nice thing the slightly snug ring.

I’m not a sufferer but I’ve read that a new OTC topical medication is available instead of pills.

Eroxon is a topical gel that is the first FDA-approved over-the-counter treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED). It is applied directly to the genitals before sexual activity. According to the manufacturer, Eroxon is clinically proven to help men get an erection within 10 minutes. There a a few more on the market too. Just google Topical ED Treatment! Hope it helps.
