How do I get diagnosed
Hello I am someone hasn’t been diagnosed yet but I’m almost 100% sure I have some sort of aortic aneurysm yes I know it sounds crazy but I have pain there all the time and I get weird feelings in my back and sides sometimes. it really bothers me the most when I’m trying to sleep. Also have a pulse there that I can feel that was never there before this. How can I get diagnosed? I have no health insurance.

It is impossible to know or determine you have an aneurysm just from the symptoms you are feeling, it could be many other conditions. I understand you don't have Insurance but my recommendation is that you are seen by at least a PCP, he /she can start with an EKG, blood tests to determine your risk of other heart diseases, blood pressure, etc. To diagnose an aneurysm you would need some type of imaging, MRI, Echocardiogram, CT Scan, he/she may determine if that is necessary during the exam. There are places (at least where I live in Houston) that offer imaging at a discount for un/under insured individuals (but you have to know what type which is why you need to see a Dr first) you may find something similar where you live, same goes for basic medical check ups.
If it turns out to be something cardiac or an aneurysm, the PCP will refer you to a Cardiologist for follow up. If that is what it turns out to be, I recommend you get some kind of insurance (Market Place or whatever is affordable), the whole repair surgery, recovery, etc are extremely expensive
Most of us are diagnosed after a CT scan, and it shows up..
