How are you coping if you have long term brain fog from covid?
Brain fog has been persistent since I got Covid a year ago. I have to read everything 3 or 4 times and then forget what I read like for example instructions. Is anyone else dealing with this?

Yup, 3 seems to be my magic number. 3 numbers, 3 paragraphs, 3 steps to a project - unless it is written down and I can refer back to it as necessary. Usually after each step once, maybe more, I get deeper in…
Lasik in 2005 - no corrective lenses near 20/20.
Near sight brought need for OTC readers, eventually Rx readers.
Next single vision for far sight for driving only, specifically at night.
It was a challenge to see.
Enter COVID-LC: Total change in vision - new Rx readers worn all day; far sight became horrible at every distance. Got double vision (for far sight with bifocals, mainly for driving so I can see the road and the dash. Need a new pair to wear for inside distance and bifocals. I have 3 pairs of glasses on my person at all times. When I awake during the night I cannot read the fairly large digital number time on my watch even when “nose to nose”. At times I feel like my eyes are working independently of each other and it takes several blinks and looking from side to side a couple times before they focus. Like everything else, when tested in that moment, my prescription remains basically the same. It is a continuous struggled to see… If it’s been said before, it’s been said over and over here - I believe you. You are not alone.
I have had eye concerns and I have been taking vitamins E, A, lutein and zeaxanthin with olive oil because they are fat soluble. I also take omega 3 fish oil and vitamin C. I have blurry vision when I get up in the morning, but okay after that.
Here is a reference for you to consider:
"Addressing blurry vision through supplements can be a proactive and supportive measure for maintaining eye health. Key nutrients such as vitamins A, C, and E and minerals like zinc play vital roles. Incorporating lutein, zeaxanthin, and omega-3 fatty acids further enhances the protective effects."
