High creatine
I had my transplant in 2024. Unless I am in the hospital on IV I can’t keep my creatine down it stays at 3. I drink a lot of water and still unless I am hospitalize it is at 3. I am thinking I need to see a nutritionist. I barely eat anyway

@hmckie, As a patient, I have not had an experience with elevated creatinine as you have described. As a transplant recipient (liver and kidney) I am monitored regularly by my transplant team thru my blood labs. If/When anything questionable shows up, I am notified about it. How about you? Are you still getting routine labs sent to transplant team on a regular schedule?
I'm sorry that I can only come up with more questions, but to answer your question about seeing a nutritionist - it might be a good idea to look into. Be sure to get with someone who is knowledgeable about transplant patients.
How long has this been going on? What is your transplant team suggesting?
I get labs done bi-monthly. They always admit me on IV. I drink a lot of
water and the transplant team is 3 1/2 hrs away. I have no more leave to
keep getting admitted is tough. No rejection the did a biopsy. My Taculamus
levels are good.
