Helpful Suggestions

My husband did the BIG program and I believe it helped. Unfortunately, not long after, he was admitted to a care facility due to falls and being unable to get up after. I could no longer help him up either. We could no longer take the risk of his falling and getting hurt. A major issue he struggled with were the tremors. He would get Botox treatments in both arms which did help. Tremors weren't taken away completely but were helped. Sometimes, he's also get shots in his back of neck/shoulder areas to help with the tightness. I recently saw a post on Beech Bands which is something to look into. Often times, it's trial and error to what helps. If you don't try, you don' know if you could get some relief or not. The best to all of you.

thank you for the great suggestions! I do want to look into the Beech Band. Last week when I received a TPI injection to help my neck and shoulder stiffness my neurologist suggested getting the Botox injections there that it might give me more relief. Right now I do get Botox for my migraines. I don't want to over do it but that is something I haven't ruled out yet.
