Posted by waters @waters, Feb 23 6:32am

I have neuropathy and it started with buring feet when walking and now its numb feet at night or leg cramps last 2 years up every 2 hours. Anyone using natural or creams that work ? They could not give me any answer why or pain meds that did not work like

I just started standing on course Himalayan salt for 10-15 minutes, I read about it I’ve tried everything and prescribed drugs did nothing, I know it takes a week to feel results I did the first day, sometimes it’s always the common sense method then the chemical one, I ll let you know how it goes meanwhile read up on it

How do you do this? Do you reuse the salt? Do you do it once/day?

Gabapentin didn't work for me either because leg pain and the rest, are probably caused by poor circulation.
Sit in a chair and do 15 left/right fast foot taps or more to get the circulation going. There are more chair exercises for your legs on YouTube. Works for me, hope for you too. Vyolet

Try a foot vibrator. I bought this at Costco a few years ago I have neuropathy in the ball of my feet and my toes. I wrap my toes around the bar at the top, vibrating my toes and the ball my feet.

All...not sure if your pain problems are a nerve pain problem....I have been suffering from Trigeminal Nerve Pain caused by a dentist. Thru my own research I have discovered a
nerve pain procedure that is FDA approved and has been around for over 10 years. Apparently not many doctors know about it. It is NON-INVASIVE and not painful. It is called The Scrambler Technique and I found out about it thru The Mayo Clinic....Further, because I live
in NYC, I have found a small clinic in Clifton, NJ that does this technique....The bad news
is that is not covered by Insurance and is a "out of pocket" expense. There are 10 sessions and each session is about 30 minutes. If you think this would work for you, check out the
following...SCRAMBLER TECHNIQUE....OR CALMARETHERAPYNJ.COM. It is 90 % effective!

@duchess926 I've heard this works well, but it is prohibitively expensive for me. My PN is idiopathic and nothing has worked. It's went from burning in my feet to my legs and now bottom half of buttocks. I don't know how to handle this severe unrelenting pain...

@cynbell Nerve pain is a horrible way to live….I wish I knew of something…I am researching nutrients like Astaxathin and trying Wild Olive Oil which is different from regular Olive Oil. Also look for devices that work on the Vagus Nerve because it might help with nerve pain….it’s a major nerve in the body.

@mzlovely - Look up Scrambler Technique…I found out about it thru the
Mayo Clinic. It’s non-invasive and not painful….it’s the only nerve pain treatment around…
