Help Getting Off of Klonopin
I have been on Klonopin for 25 years at 2mg per day and want to get off of this horrible medication. My GP here doesn't know how to help me and since I live in a small town we don't have any therapists that would be able to help me as well. I do not wish to go to a rehab center and need support through what I am going to be going through over the next year.

I feel your pain. I am so glad that you were able to stay away from alcohol. And, I am happy that you turned out great as proof by your two children that you raised so well. You need to be proud of yourself.
And, thank you as I am going to need a lot of strength...I won't lie...I'm terrified that I am not strong enough.

1 ReactionYou're still young.
I was strong enough to fight through my depression before I even knew what it was.
If I can do it you can do it and come out stronger on the other side.

1 ReactionSo many are in denial about their Benzos. They seriously believe they will find doctors to keep them supplied until they die. Long term benzo scripts are over no matter what your diagnosis. Ask the people who found out the hard way. I loved my Benzos to at one time. They just are not a life long solution.

3 ReactionsMy doctor talked to me about getting off benzos as I noticed my memory issues start to bother me. It is not good medication for me as I age in my 60s
