My mother of over 70 years suffers mitre valve regurgitation in her heart what is the best treatment

At 78 I had successful ablation, LAAC, and annuloplasty ring to support mitral valve. That was over 2 years ago. Off all meds. Great vitals. Great cardiac surgeon at WakeMed in Raleigh, NC, Dr. Byron Boulton. Hope she qualifies. Read The AFIB Cure.

The best treatment is to avoid any arrhythmias such as flutter or fibrillation, and otherwise to have the valve repaired/replaced. The latter two are done surgically.
