headaches on Camzyos

Anyone have headaches on Camzyos? On it for 2 weeks and am having pretty bad headaches daily. My blood pressure is also going up and down.

Hi there...On Camzyos since October 2025. Have occasional headaches behind my eyes...not often, a few times a month, mild and dissipate within minutes...Since I have not experienced this before I assume it is related to the med...Sounds like a call to your doc would be prudent? Yes I have headaches all day. I'm on 10 mg.

I have daily constant headaches - I wake up with them and go to bed with them! Also constant dizziness that feels like an equilibrium problem.
I know the Camzyos is great for my heart but these side effects are wicked.
