After I was diagnosed with HCM, my doctor tested my son and brother for the “indicator” they may have for same condition that might develop in their future. Both tested negative therefore, my grandchildren did not need to be tested. I have not known anyone in my family to have had this condition although my father died of a massive heart attack of unknown specifics. .
That seems like way too many drugs especially since camzyos interacts with some of them ay Dialtiazem, they made me stop taking that before i took Camzyos for that reason. Talking to your oharmacist about drug interactions
My friend had a sleep study she uses a pack to sleep
She feels rested
She has bad sleeping habits too
Check with your doctors
Still working on solving the sleepless problem. Weather not permitting outside walks except occasionally. I do walk treadmill, store aisles too. Helps to know I’m not the only one. Still, very thankful to have Camzyos which has made a huge difference in my health and daily life.

And go to bed early

What you do to enprove your sleeping?
By the way I am taking 3 blood pressure pills.
Have you tried switching your Camzyos dosage to the evening? I have and it has helped
All the best
I have been on Camzyos for 9months plus Metropolol, Diltiazem, Clopiderol, Atorvastatin heart meds. Getting to sleep and staying asleep is a problem I’ve not solved either. Sometimes a bowl of cereal in the early hours when I can’t sleep seems to help.
I will have surgery next month - septal myectomy. I will let you know how that turns out.
Being tired is probably connected to not sleeping well. I am 83 yrs old, have the same problem, and am still looking for a solution. I think my issue about sleeping is related to stress and my thyroid problem (I’ve had serious thyroid problems since I was 17 yrs old. It sounds like you are trying to do all the right things. Good luck.
I have had the same problem, I tried meditating but with no success. But recently (several weeks ago) I tried meditation using sites on YouTube. I cannot tell you how much difference it has made. It usually takes about 15 minutes for the relaxation to set in. I use one Tibetan site, and one Gregorian chant site. There are also free sites that feature so many soothing sounds like rain or ocean sounds. You can probably find something that soothes and relaxes you. I understand how you feel and wish you luck with finding a solution. Meditating with sounds has worked for me. I can usually sleep 6 to 8 hours now. Once in a while, my sleep is disturbed, but I keep meditating and it works for me.
