Fatigue, nausea and flu like aches. Is this common? Hoping it doesn’t last over a year til I finish the meds.

Not sure if the title and the actual question are related. I am also on the big 3, I have not had any fatigue, nausea or flu like symptoms. But around month 4 started with the itching. My liver levels are only slightly elevated. They took me off Rifampin but it did really make any difference, so now I am back on the Rifampin. I went to an allergist and they put me on cetirizine. I am taking 20 mg per day and it has relevied the itching. I was told I could go up to 40 mg per day, if need, in a step fashion.
