Has anyone used Trelegy?
I have been on Advair HFA for a long time, over 10 years. My COPD per tests today is stable, but I have wondered if I should switch to something different. I did not know the doctor I saw today but I had had a PFT test, shared my thoughts about being so long on Advair & she right off the bat suggested Trelogy. A once a day discus inhaler, bye bye to Advair & Incruse! Now that I have switched, I am anxious, primarily because I didn't get to discuss this with her. OR my doctor! I am going to try to contact him tomorrow but meanwhile would like to hear from anyone re Trelogy &/or Advair.

Even if you have Medicare insurance associated with Medicare - Using Good RX with no Insurance is cheaper. Wixela Inhaler with Humana was $500, with Good RX - no Insurance, it was $50- unfortunately, I'm allergic to it. My Pharmacist was shocked with the Good RX Price.
I have medicare and BCBS from H’s former employer. My copay is $75 for a 90 day supply. I sure wish everyone had good coverage.
I am on a panel that’s meeting end of this month to talk about how they should set a god low price for Trelegy with Medicare, like they did with insulin and many other Rx. As far as I know that panel is still meeting.
I’ve read that list price for trelegy is currently about $900/month for folks without good coverage.
Currently it’s one of the meds being reviewed at end of price to reduce list price with CMS.
Yes! I've used Trelegy and it truly works! I have COPD and Emphysema too. Good luck!🙏
Hi - where do you get a coupon an how much is an inhaler? Thank you
Yes… I’ve been on both Trelogy and Breztri
I like both. Trelogy is one puff a day and Breztri is twice a day
I like both.
I got my Trelegy coupon online (just search and fill our questionnaire online to see whether you qualify). It reduces my copay so it’s $75 for 90 day supply, which is great! Otherwise, list price is about $900 for 30 days!
I am happy the 3-in-1 inhaler mostly works for me. I have to focus on not coughing for 10 seconds after inhaling but do enjoy the convenience of just 1 inhaler and not having to keep track of all my different inhalers and when to refill each. Once/day dosing is very convenient and does last me >24 hours.
Thank you
Thank you for the info - very helpful
I LOVE my Trelegy!
