Has anyone tried Umary Hialuronica Acidio from Mexico?

I bought a bottle of this UMARY Hialuronica Acidio from Amazon - I wanted something to help with my morning stiffness from PMR. I tried one pill mid- afternoon and the next morning I felt like new! No pain - no stiffness. BUT - after reading some negative reviews on Amazon I became aware of some possible issues, that because it works so well there must be an unlisted ingredient(s) - perhaps a NSAID OR A STEROID? One person mentioned after a couple months of using it started to mess up his liver enzymes. Since I am on 10mg of prednisone I decided to only take this supplement once every 4 days until I see my rheumatologist in April - I did not see any warning from the FDA for Umary - there are many more positive reviews than negative reviews on Amazon- I wish I could get it analyzed to be sure it’s safe but I don’t know where such can be done.

I’m starting to try our ingredients and some that I have tried at work so I noticed some of the ingredients, like nettle, turmeric, which are herbal ingredients that are supposed to be good for pain for different things.
The medicine seems to help for me. I can’t say that it’s taken everything away, but it helps.
But I would like to know if there is any unlisted ingredients that would be harmful. My husband has RA The medicine that he’s taken for it is destroying his liver so for him to take something that would do more damage to his liver would be a big deal.

Welcome @eeb, I think it's wise to know possible side effects of any supplements you are taking. I wasn't sure if you were referring to the Umary Hialuronica Acidio from Mexico being discussed. Did you see the note with the FDA warning at the bottom of the discussion description? - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/has-anyone-tried-umary-hialuronica-acidio-from-mexico/

I have located a US company that will do a complete content analysis of UMary for about $2,000. Perhaps we can set up an escrow account or some other way to get contributions from users of UMary to share the cost. Any ideas or suggestions you may have are welcome.
