Has anyone taken creatine supplements to improve low muscle mass?

I'm hoping to hear from others, especially older women with low muscle mass, regarding the outcome of taking creatine supplements. Many thanks for sharing any experience.

I think that's too much. Mine came with a scoop that measures 5g, and I don't think that's anywhere near 2 teaspoons. I started with a half scoop to make sure I didn't have a bad reaction. Since I didn't, I now take the full scoop in a yogurt.

@capchris70 That gives me some hope! Thanks so much for letting me know. Can you also let me know, Are you doing weight lifting or other exercises? And how do you take the creatine powder - for instance, coffee or tea?

@capchris70 Thank you! I'm working out with light weights at 79!
By the way, the directions on my container of creatine: mix 1.5 teaspoons daily with 8 oz of water or beverage of choice. I'm currently taking 1 teaspoon of the powder as no scoop is included. I mix mine with warm milk.
