Has anyone on Tagrisso had brain mets show up?

I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that metastasized to my bones about two years ago. I did Tagrisso for 13 months but the side effects were debilitating. I was even on half the dose and still could not tolerate it. I went off of it and was in remission for a year and now it’s back. I have a cancerous lesion in my hip about 4cm. Did radiation. Back on Tagrisso for 8weeks now and all the side effects are coming back. I am pretty much house bound. I have a walker and hopeful that my hip has healed or I will need a hip replacement. Any others experience terrible headaches, nausea, no appetite, fatigue, emotional, restless on Tagrisso?

I’ve been on Tagrisso for two years and it is helping me! My lung & brain MRI’s have been good. Due to have my next scans next month.
I feel the side effects of Tagrisso, but just try to deal with them! It is tough, but it’s better than chemo therapy! I was diagnosed with lung cancer on June 13, 2024 with Stage 4 lung cancer with Mets to the brain. Started on Tagrisso on July 12 followed by radiation on the brain & chemo therapy on 7/18/2024 and weekly after that for four weeks! I was 79 yo at the time I was diagnosed and have had clear scans for about 2 years! I am 81 yo now and I’m doing well! Energy is not what it use to be, but I do what I need to do! I owe this to God, my oncologists and my support of my husband & family& friends! God bless you dear lady and all who experiencing any kind of Cancer! Look to God for strength and courage!🙏🏻
