Has anyone had a Fara Pulse ablation procedure?

Posted by debmonroe @debmonroe, Feb 1 10:33am

Just had second ablation on 1/30/26 using Fara Pulse. When discharged I was put on Multaq. 24 hours later I am back in Afib and pretty discouraged, even though told abnormal rhythm is not unusual for up to 3 months post op and new med can also cause abnormal rhythm. Just looking for a little hope. 😞

My PFA with FaraPulse was 12/8/25 at TriStar Centennial in Nashville. On Sotalol, Jardiance and Eloquis had an episode of Afib which was noted by my NPT on 12/22. I didn't know I was in Afib. They let me go home as it was Christmas week. Plan was to Cardiovert on 12/29. When I went back to office I was fine. No Afib. So in the 3 month blanking period. Doing just fine! Tired at times so I rest. Walking for exercise and a bit of Cardio. Wearing a Fitbit has been so helpful. Using a KardiaMobile Max- 6 lead for EKG monitoring. Praying for that Christmas miracle. Hang in there. Listen to your body. You have got this!
