Has anyone found acupuncture to alleviate symptoms?

@bba3 my next acupuncture appointment is Monday 8/28 and I will ask the Acupuncturist for the prescription she is using. When I first met her she stated "there is an acupuncture prescription for Long COVID and let's start there".

My symptoms are so variable that I can never say for sure what is working and what is not. I started a log to try to make sense of it all and to have quality conversations with medical professionals. That said, for about a month I have had acupuncture on Monday, cranial sacral on Tuesday and on Wednesday my symptoms are very minimal. I have also completely abstained from alcohol. My working theory is zero alcohol = much improved sleep + acupuncture + cranial sacral leads to a great Wednesday. There is an acupuncture prescription for Long COVID that my acupuncturist is following.

Thank you for your input. My ENT therapist suggested trying acupuncture as one of the possible treatments for my voice issue (whispery, raspy, strained). Have had botox injections, however, that has not helped so she is giving some other alternatives. Have had voice issues following having covid-19 vaccine in 2021.
