Has anyone experienced this?

I’m 24 and have been dealing with chronic pain for about 6 years now. I’ve seen multiple specialists, had countless tests, and still feel like I’m searching for answers. A neurologist recently mentioned the possibility of a connective tissue disorder, but I’m still trying to process everything. Most of my pain is in my neck, between my shoulder blades, and my low back. Some days it’s a deep ache, other days it’s sharp enough to take my breath away. I constantly feel like I need to stretch or crack my back, but the relief never lasts. I’m honestly just exhausted and wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. What has your chronic pain journey been like?
