Anyone dealing with lung fibrosis, possibly from sarcoidosis?

I have lung fibrosis throughout lungs, possibly from sarcoidosis. I also have granulamatosis in lungs. Life style changes have helped a lotbut I know scarring is progressive. Pleaseshare your journey and what helped you! This is so frightening at times!i am67 year old female.
