Has anyone ANORO (LABA/LAMA) inhaler?

Posted by narelled23 @narelled23, Mar 12 7:42pm

I have just been told I have moderate to severe small airways obstructive disease (only partially reversible) - after having on my CT reports for years 'mild small airways obstruction' along with bronchiectasis and non-allergic astham.

Eight months ago I camped under a sugar cane mill burning off overnight and woke unable to breathe...this seemed to trigger months of shortness of breath to the point now where I have the above conclusion.

I did find that a antihistimine did help a great deal and I had started taking one daily for 10 days prior to this appointment. Meant to ask him if I should continue with it, now that I am starting the Anoro.

Does anyone else use Anoro and if so what is your experience of it please?

I used to take Anoro and Qvar for my idiopathic emphysema and chronic asthma. It became hard for pharmacy to obtain so I ended up switched to 3 separate inhalers and now to Trelegy 100. I was fine with Anora & Qvar and am now fine with Trelegy. None of my meds interfered with my sleep.

Thank you. It seems I am certainty in the minority. Glad it didn't affect you.
