I consider buying a CPAP machine for home use
grateful for any comment/experience, and if it is true that it pushes co2 out of the lungs ???

Here is what I found about the Stem Cell: Exogenous mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been reported to repair the structure and improve the function of the injured respiratory system in COPD models. However, the studies that used MSCs in patients with moderate-to-severe COPD patients did not lead to clear respiratory functional improvements. Is this the same as exosomal infusion? I found one article that discussed it, didn't lead to any earth-shaking conclusions, but probably worth pursuing.

I think it basically the same but in the end these treatments do no cure COPD and also there is not a lot of studies done on it.

In all my research into COPD, I have never encountered a research paper re stem cell treatment for COPD. I did come across a country, I believe that was in the Caribbean that did offer stem cell treatment....$25,000. Seeking and trying to receive treatment can be very expensive and not effective. Please be VERY careful! To date there are no studies, literature etc on cures for COPD.

Two pulmonologists I've consulted claim stem-cell treatment for COPD is useless.
