I hope you and all of your friends, and family had a wonderful holiday. How did you celebrate? What festivities or family traditions did you enjoy? And -- How did you do modify or adjust your festivities and food to make it safe for you as a transplant recipient?

Well yesterday was my 3rd transversary, by the day. I had my liver transplant on Sunday October the 11th. So it's a very special thanksgiving weekend for my family. I celebrate my donor every day but yesterday I spent it with my church family. And then with my family, family. We had a special Thanksgiving service for him.

It is Beautiful to read about your celebration! Do you have any special memories of that day 3 years ago? Or do you have any special memories of moments after you awoke from your miracle surgery?
