Got pathology report on my High Grade Endometrial Stomal Sarcoma

.....post total hysterectomy. It says I am Stage 1c and that there is no evidence of spread outside of my uterus which had a 9cm high grade adenosarcoma with sarcomatous overgrowth. I know that this is an aggressive cancer in terms of spread and on one hand I am relieved that it isn't showing up anywhere outside my uterus - but one thing on the pathology report gives me pause - it says "LYMPHOVASCULAR INVASION: PRESENT" which I looked up and it said it means cells were found in the lymph blood vessesls but that this does not mean it has spread to the lymph nodes. I wish I could find out if I should be relieved or still waiting for the next shoe to drop

@abrown5540 We are not medical professionals here on Mayo Clinic Connect and so cannot interpret your pathology report. My understanding is that" LYMPHOVASCULAR INVASION: PRESENT" means that the pathologist who examined your tissue following your hysterectomy saw some cancer cells in the lymphatic channels (not lymph nodes) or blood vessels.
