Thank you so much, Brenda! The weird thing is that my husband has not suffered from constipation, but these exercises will be invaluable should constipation arise. I am so happy to hear that you are doing better and very grateful that you have shared your experience. Best, Mickey

I have friends who did not have an issue with constipation at all. Just nausea and vomiting. One friend who is our TV news anchor out of Louisville, Ky (local news) had the devise implanted to control this.

I have Gastroparesis. I found that learning belly breathing, along with other exercises to strengthen my stomach wall helped a lot. I also take 2 tablespoons of a mixture of oat bra, applesauce and prune juice before bed along with a small amount of
Milk of Magnesia Saline. This has stopped my constipation issue which was horrid.
I have continued on the diet I was given for IBS-C two years before the Gastroparesis diagnosis. I am better then I have been in the last 3 years. I still can’t gain my weight back. I do have flares but not nearly as often.
The Reglan has allot of side effects do you have any problems taking it.
