Thank you so much, Brenda! The weird thing is that my husband has not suffered from constipation, but these exercises will be invaluable should constipation arise. I am so happy to hear that you are doing better and very grateful that you have shared your experience. Best, Mickey

I am so happy to share!
I have friends who did not have an issue with constipation at all. Just nausea and vomiting. One friend who is our TV news anchor out of Louisville, Ky (local news) had the devise implanted to control this.
That had worked for her.
