Flu A and pneumonia

My uncle was admitted for flu A and pneumonia. He was put on a vent two weeks ago and now he is in kidney failure. I would like to have him transferred to Mayo hospital in Jacksonville to, how can I do this?

Will he be put on dialysis? How is he doing?

His bun levels are 106 and his gfr is 14. So that puts him at stage 5.
