Has anyone found a good alternative to Flovent?

Has anyone found a good alternative to Flovent 220 MG. I am out and tried ordering from Canada but my medication is lost in the mail. Tried the re branded med but it doesn't seem to work as well as the old Flovent.

While Flovent is a great medication, it is difficult to get here. QVAR is a good alternative (and not a powder). If possible, find out about Budesonide for nebulizer. It is not expensive, covered by most insurance, and can be used 2 times a day, if necessary (it takes about 10 minutes in the nebulizer). I only speak as a fellow asthmatic - I get no money or perks for recommendations. Been asthmatic since I was little - so for the past 50+ years have tried many different things. Good luck.

ASthma since birth and now am 68. I have tried just about all of them. QVAR did not work on me nor do any of the powders, allergic. Have tried most of the new and old drugs and Flovent is a 20 out of 10 for me. My body does exceedingly well on it. Asthma disappears with 2 puffs per day. And I am considered severe asthmatic. Yes, you are correct can no longer get it in the US. However, Discount Canada Drugs I can get it. And it is just as affordable without insurance as it was with my Medicare in the states. Only drawback is . . . . the first time took 2 months and 1 week to get it. So, as soon as I get it , I go ahead and order a refill. Thank you so much. I am just thankful that I can still get it at all and it does ship from a reputable country, New Zealand. My DR. did say, Flovent has worked really well for the last 30 years why change now. I totally agree with him so I got busy and found a way to get it.
