Fibro education classes

My Mayo team recommended I attend the fibromyalgia education classes to kinda help learn more about it and all that
I was jut curious how many people do they usually have in a “class”? Also I couldn’t get in till July how often does they have cancellations?

I think expecting people with fibro to sit for 8 hours, 2 days in a row is ridiculous. No way I could do that, especially with EDS too. I asked them if they understand their target demographic. I read the mayo fibro book and do cognitive behavioral therapy. Same content as the class and you can do it from the comfort of your home.
