Feeling tired all the time- One month on higher dose of Camzyos
Hi. 67 yo male. Obstructive HCM. During my last Echo my cardiologist increased my Camzyos does to 10mg as my gradient had come up (I am dynamic). Its been almost a month- my next Echo is 3/31. I have felt more tired on this higher dose daily (with a three day in a row break last week). But dragging every day. No signs of HF (no weight gain, shortness of breath etc). Has anyone else experienced this side effect from going to the higher dose? I had no side effects on 5mg- but i remained symptomatic (but not as tired as I am now). some have told me that this will go away eventually for us 'slow responders' but its been quite the battle day in and out. thanks! Appreciate any thoughts feedback.

Hi, I am on my first month of 5 MG of CamzyosI was on bisoporol for four years before this and it did take a bit of energy, but nothing like this new drug. It’s awful. I am so tired, some days I can’t even get dressed and I just watched TV all day. I find it demotivating.. I am 84 and have been very active with lots of activities and exercise,so I would be slowing down anyway, but I’ve never felt like I just want to do NOTHING. I KNOW IT IS mostly the drug because it started three days after I went on the Camzyos.
A couple of nights I had a bit of a headache, but that’s nothing much even though I never ever get headaches normally. No dizziness.
One very good results so far is that for a couple of years I’ve had repeated swelling of my right foot and ankle. Since starting the camzyos, I have not had even one day of that swelling.
