If you know a psychiatrist to solve my problem in this link then you'd do good to me https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/are-these-dreams-good-signs-or-bad-signs/
Hi
When you get your next blood test, please verify your creatinine level.
That will indicate whether you are meeting the acceptable standards.
I had a liver transplant about five years ago.
Give up drinking soda of any kind and stick to drinking carbonated water and spring water.
My stats appear to have significantly improved.
There can be some issues at first when comparing Pepsi to water, but you'll grow used to it.
Best of Luck

4 ReactionsIt’s poison to the body! There are dozens of teas and even coffee. No soda!

1 ReactionThat is a very processed, unhealthy drink. Please find an alternative, skipping the processed sugar.
Learn to love great coffee and/or teas - black. Plenty of caffeine without the sodium and sugar/sugar subs. Sweeteners have their own problems.

2 ReactionsSodas in general are toxic. If sugars in general are making you sick, then diabetes is possible. If your getting nauseated with any other types of foods there could be other issues going on. You may need a CT scan of your abdomen along with labs to rule out MALs or an issue with your pancreas. Write down all your symptoms so you can let your health care provider know exactly what's going on.
stop drinking red wine, I can't remember why, but I read somewhere white wine is the best, and I love Chardonnay, but I drank so much, and it seemed to actually help my GI, relax and work, till I drank too much and had to quit....your solution is simple, quit red and go to white wine ONLY!
I'm 69 and fortunately was a coke drinker until three months ago. I don't know why I never looked, but most non-diet soda contains 7 or more teaspoons of sugar per 12 oz. This leads to fat, especially visceral fat, the stuff in your torso that surrounds major organs.
Soda, diet or not, is at least as dangerous to health as cigarettes, IMO. So the answer to the poster's question is to stop drinking Pepsi or any other soda.
My PCP went so far as to say soda should be banned, or warning labels placed to spare the public the diseases and ailments these products cause.
Oh and I went from 188 lbs to 175 lbs in two months. I do exercise, especially cardio, but simply cutting out soda and avoiding other refined sugar and syrup accounted for most of the weight loss, and it was all fat, especially visceral fat. And I feel better. Go figure.......

1 ReactionI had been feeling awesome but started drinking coffee daily and soda too. Got nausea about 2 weeks ago and can't get back to normal. Cut out coffee and soda. Do you think that was the cause? How long to get back on track since cut both beverages out again? Thanks! Mike
That happened to me because I drank too much strong coffee for a month. My doctor put me on famotidine 29mg. It worked.
