Oh good. A place to start anyway right?
Sorry I didn’t see you replied to me. My messages keep going to spam when I get them from mayo.
Hi @martft4, thanks for alerting us to the issue with not receiving Connect email notifications. Several members have reported this issue lately. Email programs are cracking down and tightening their spam filters. To prevent Connect-related emails from going to your junk mail or spam, add Connect's sender address "@n1.hubapplication.com" to your safe sender list. Here are instructions on how to do this for various email types:
– AOL http://www.subscribermail.com/safe-list/address-book-aol-mail.html
– Gmail, Outlook (hotmail) and Yahoo http://onlinegroups.net/blog/2014/02/25/how-to-whitelist-an-email-address/
Additionally, when you find a Connect email in your spam folder, move it back to the inbox and mark "Not Spam". Eventually your email will get it.
Here is a link to a blogpost that explains how to do this: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/page/about-connect/newsfeed-post/what-to-do-if-you-arent-getting-connect-email-notifications-anymore/
I am having the same problem with some of my connect messages and they end up in my junk mail. I can’t seem to find a way to move them to my inbox. I will try your suggestion. Thx.
As I just looked up what to do, I am lost…….I must not be any good with written directions……any other ideas, if you have any?
Has anyone seen a gastro doc for this problem? You could be having stomach or digestive problems…just a thought. I have gotten all my teeth pulled and I have that issue off and on, but I also have blisters, cold sores, and thrush alot so I have other problems besides that. I would try a gastro doc and see what they say. Has your primary recommended anyone?
HI @docjay1961 that must be so frustrating to have this poor breath. You may have noticed I moved your post to this discussion you started so that all your post will be in one place.
I'd like to tag fellow Connect member @bbjaide to see if they come back to join in on the discussion.
Back to you @docjay1961 have you gotten any suggestions from you doctor or dentist?
We've been working on it for the last three years I've had colonoscopy endoscopy I've been sent to an ENT doctor I've been given series of antibiotics probiotics stuff for GERD it's just so frustrated
The first thing I'm going to do after the holidays just call my primary and get a GI consult
Definitely would…have you been to a Gastro yet or just ENT, because Gastro should of known better to look for it…Well I wish you luck and if that doesn't work I would get me a new Gastro doc, seriously
